In the first year, a successful hire will take control of our online brand voice and build community connection, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. They will participate in and lead DEI industry conversations, to educate and to provide resources for the DEI community at large.

In the first year, a successful hire will interpret client needs, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and close deals that solve the pain points of clients who are already using Crescendo’s products.
